I just found out that Jars of Clay put out a Christmas Album. I really like what I've heard so far.So! What Christmas music do you like? I love Sufjan Stevens' Songs for Christmas, Tooth & Nail's Happy Christmas compilations, and the It's Christmas Time collaboration album thing by City on a Hill. I also have some Christmas CD-R's I mixed myself after raiding my parent's music collection: mostly swing and CCM pop. Lots of Amy Grant in one of those mixers. (If it's too early, I'll just revive this thread after Thanksgiving.)

Who, that believes that Jesus Christ is God Almighty, the Lord of Lords, thinks they've got "Jesus in their hands"!

I never really got into Christmas music. In fact, I don't like it. Mainly because a radio station around here plays the same tired versions of Christmas songs from the day after Thanksgiving to the day after Christmas.
I'd like to hear the JE Christmas comp, though. The Beatles "Christmas time is here again" is pretty fun...

I can't say I like modern christmas songs. The classics are great since they have so much class, but the modern, or modern remakes..

I am working on an original Christmas song for a Bomb Shelter challenge for Christmas. I was thinking about writing something about the smells and sounds of Christmas.

Anyone heard Relient K's "Let It Snow Baby... Let It Reindeer"? (2007 - latest album) I heard a few songs, sounds ok. Though I'm sure it's just the songs I heard are good. Maybe.

LOL. I'm not much of a Relient K fan, but it sounds interesting.
