"Violent Sound" is an awesome song, worth the price alone. I got this in the mail the other day, and yep it is about $9 worth of packaging. Loos pretty cool, but they could have honestly accomplished pretty much the same effect on a 7".

More info from Ryan Clark.

"Blood Red" and "Violent Sound" are the songs that are gonna be on the maxi single. Which would appear to imply that there will be a full album, and "Church Bell" will be on it.

it doesn't necessarily mean there will be a full album, but without Jason singing or contributing more in a melodic way, i would personally have to give this a no-go, even if there was.

Not impressed. I had really high hopes though, as I really like Demon Hunter as well as Starflyer. This could have been such a dark, heavy, project full of 10 minute long dirges. I guess Ill have to keep doing that myself.

lol wasn't capitol lights from tulsa?

i remember being at cornerstone in '04 and they were going around campsites trying to promote their upcoming show.  they approached my friends, sister, and i and i was like "oh hey im from tulsa...i know you guys." they got all excited and asked if we were going. I said no b/c we were going to see (fill in the blank).  classic.

yeah, from owasso actually.... i think.... or is it that other suburb on the northwest side of town? their name was a number.... like 728.... or something. then brandon ebel told them to change it and he would sign them. so they changed it. i went to see Run Kid Run at The Other Side, and just missed their set (this was pre-name change/signing)

i really like the T$N record they put out. its totally teen-pop or whatever, but its got great songs, great melodies, and i like the lyric writing structure too.

I just gave "Church Bell" and "Blood Red" another listen and I am more impressed than at first listen. I do believe this is growing on me.

I notice that "Church Bell" is not on the EP. For $9.00, I want more before I'll buy.

The BTV online store lists this record as being a bigger seller than any of the SF59 records, which I find very surprising. Is Low & Behold popular amongst the Demon Hunter crowd?
