According to the book description at Amazon.com, it's essentially about a guy who meets Jesus, starts a successful ministry, gets burned out, then has some sort of rediscovery of God. Something like that. I was made aware of the book and movie a few years ago. I should see if my library happens to have a copy.
I might check it out as well.
Steve Taylor, who back in the 1980s and early 1990s, was a fundamentalist who had reason and he made fun of fundamentalists who didn't have reason. But, it seems that in the 2000s, he's gone through some transformation and I don't really know what direction he's taking.
