I have to admit, this is a super rare piece. I have been collecting Starflyer stuff for the last 10+ years and have never even heard of this.

I actually have 2 of these signed. Tooth and Nail had a webdesign contest back when LHAS was released (remember when they promoted SF59?) and I was one of the winners. They sent me a bunch of stuff including the promo CDs. I framed one with one of the postcards:
