The cover looks like it has some water damage or some other kind of doody on it.
I wonder if it has the 7"?

Good call on the cover, I missed that blemish on the lower portion. No, I doubt it has the 7" and I would reckon that the person selling it has no idea there was a 7" originally.

That is a weird way to do the cover artwork. Is the back the same way, the back of the CD cover in the exact size? The Discography section only has a pic of the 7".

Yes. They also left the Tooth & Nail catalog number in even though Tooth & Nail didn't have anything to do with the vinyl.
