No to the question of a Leigh Nash & Jason Martin collab? Would be cool to see and hear, especially since it's where Jason started from. Oh well, maybe next month. Good questions, can't wait either.

Oh, I thought you were kidding about that. Well, I can ask in January.

Please don't ask him this; especially if you want him to continue to answer these for us.

Did I miss something? Why not and how could it be a joke?

Did I miss something? Why not and how could it be a joke? Wasn't Leigh his girlfriend at the time? I wouldn't want anyone to suggest that I record a project with an old girlfriend, especially being married. Thus I left the question out, along with another one that I thought might put us on thin ice, so to speak. Best not to bite the hand that feeds us.

Here ya go. 3. What's the story behind the instrumental reprise of "The Party" on 'Everybody Makes Mistakes'? Who played the saxophone? I just showed up one day in the studio and it was on there. Gene Eugene was working on some other project with some session sax player, and I guess he had the guy start "riffing" on the party. He was kind of smiling a bit when he showed me, because I think we both though it sounded terrible..But then I thought it had kinda of David Bowie vibe to it, so I thought to myself...well isn't the point of making records to do something you normally wouldn't do, so we left it on... but I still think it sounds terrible even 10 years later. Haha, that is awesome.

Question for Jason Martin: Would you ever consider re-recording some of your old stuff (eg: Gold and silver)?

Somehow I don't think he would want to re-record it.

Sure. If Stephen doesn't have time to collect and forward the questions, I'll do it.
