In regards to your reply about "buying it..."  I sent $13 last October (2008) for the album and I have yet to receive it. I've complained multiple times and have received one email claiming they're printed on demand and it may be awhile before the print some more.  I'm kinda pissed and it's poor customer service. Oh well.
