It's kind of like deezer.com. Basically it's a free website that lets you stream mp3s. Pretty good selection.

Deezer doesn't require you to sign up to hear songs, but Imeem does. Deezer is based in France, so certain bands aren't on there. Imeem has a lot of stuff. If a band is remotely popular there will be tons of songs on either site. So it's a matter of preference I guess. If I wasn't already signed up I would just use Deezer.

I wonder about music overload though. I don't want to listen to more than an hour of music a day. I don't have a need for that much music. So I guess that's why I'm not buying an iPod. Besides talk radio is much more enjoyable for me anyway.
