Hmmm... could have had more meaning, and seemed to me a bit too slow and same. I found it 'ok'. The song is better.
Didn't know they had any other music videos. Is this their only one besides the I Win one with actors? (Which I find to be not a very good idea for a music video.. at all)

yeah i did not really understand the actors thing in i win but to reply to the first post, you can get the video for no new kind of story (i agree, really cool video) and a housewife love song on the dvd toothand nail videography 1993-1999 and the video for i like your photographs is found on tooth and nail dvd volume 6 i think? maybe 7, i cant find it.
and i would try to upload it or something but i have no idea how to do that. sorry

Yeah, and I understand the point it's making. Just kind of not in the right place it seems. If SF59 would have more music videos and then they would not get attention then yes I would love the idea of this music video. But they have no hard evidence of their own existence, how are they going to spend their chance into a complaint.
Not saying anything but that it's a not very thought out idea. Thought the music video is pretty funny once you know the message behind it.
Where can I find (to see, like on youtube) the "I like your Photographs" and the "A Housewife Love Song"? Can't seem to find them anywhere..

well actually the more i think bout it i think i like your photographs was on toothand nail dvd 8 but dang i cant remember and i cant find mine, but if you can find that online, you should get it, cause it also has furthermore's music video are you the walrus which is excellent

Fun fact: The lady from that video is the future Mrs. Martin. I also love the No New Kinda Story video. Definitely Sf's best. I've heard that the video had a lot of references to Ingrid Bergman, but I can't confirm as I've never seen anything by Bergman. |

The Housewife Love Song video is weird. And creepy, towards the end. (shudder) Just found the Edit: Impression of the 'I Win' video: Looks like Hanson, sounds like Starflyer 59!  |

The NNKS video is based on Echo and the Bunnymen's Bring on the Dancing Horses video concept http://youtube.com/watch?v=GaWs79v0ugEyou can watch it here. i like the I win video but I have to say, as much as I love sf59 (to be fair, the early stuff resounds with me the most), alot of their videos are kind of cheap and unimaginative. Its a shame cause Jason stuff is so creative and powerful. |

Because the only similarities I see between Bring on the Dancing Horses and No New Kinda Story are the line of people and the horsehead man. |
