So was there ever a studio recording of Traffic Jam?
I sure like this song, very much.

Fell in Love at 22 EP. It's about fourteen and a half minutes long.

That might be my favorite Starflyer 59 EP. It's way mellow. "Traffic Jam" itself is kind of long, but really great background music.

It sounds very different from the live version though. I much prefer it live, I find the studio version a bit dull.

I like the live recordings on Easy Come Easy Go, except for Jason's guitar sounding out of tune half the time.

I love the live tunes on easy come, easy go. Especaily "when you feel the mess", I thought the guitar bit at the end of it was great to listen to.

Wow. This is pretty long.. And I'm a big Pink Floyd fan. I definitely like the live version more. So glad I got Easy Come Easy Go. Might anyone have the tabs for this track? I'd like to try and play this, doesn't sound so hard, I can do picking. If I can do it, it'll definitely be a b-side for the SF59 tribute.

I don't think there is a tab for it, but I have the chords: INTRO Am, Abm, Gm, Bbaug4 VERSE Dm, F, G, Bbaug4 (x2) (The closest I can get to Bbaug4 is at this link: http://www.chordbook.com/guitarchords.php) CHORUS: Dm, Ab, Gm, Bbaug4 (x2) (for the chorus it sounds better just to slide up with the Dm shape rather than play a standard Ab chord.) BRIDGE Dm, Fm, Am.......repeat for 14 mins lol!

Your welcome! I just got it from the Starflyer fakeboook/songbook, so if anyone wants the chords to a particular song then I can post them. The books songs only go up to the talking voice album though.

I think "Traffic Jam" is a brilliant song. I know it is long, but I kinda wish it was even longer... like 25 or 30 minutes long. Having done some studio recording myself, I couldn't imagine you'd be able to keep sane trying to lay down a 25 minute track though.
