So this is the official thread for emailing rare Starflyer files to those who want them. I happen to be one who doesn't have much of any rare demos by Starflyer, so I guess I'll be going first. Grin Anyway, the point of this thread is to ask and be sent the demos without spamming the forums with those super annoying threads asking for demos popping up every two days. Just kindly say which you're interested in, and the sender can send them the file. If they are asking for multiple album demos (more than one album), please send the individual the demos in separate folders titled with the name of the demo, just to discourage confusion. Cool Smiley

If it isn't too much of a hastle, I'm intersted in both the Old and My Island Demos.

I got some demos and other rare SF59 songs from Decade Child awhile ago (thanks again DC!).  I'm not sure what ones were in it but I'd be glad to share them with anyone.  I'm suspecting they are probably the same as the demos from Metaphoragizery though.  Send me a PM if you're interested.

Yes, but since GotF is still in print, we're only sharing it with people who bought a copy. Don't want to be stepping on Jason's or BTV's toes.

If you have the vinyls and can confirm it via PM or email (a copy of the order confirmation email, or a photo of your vinyls, or just tell me where the box was made) I'll hook you up.

Err..what exactly is Metaphoragizery?

Are you wondering about the meaning of the name? I explained that in the "Old demos" thread.

Nah, I wasn't taling about the meaning...what is the song exactly? Is it a b-side or a demo of a certain album?

A bunch of stuff. "Never Had a Name" and "Your Company (Demo)" from the vinyl bonus disc of The Fashion Focus and Everybody Makes Mistakes, all the My Island demos that I had before mintshows shared, the original version of "Dromedary Theme" that accompanied the online short story, "Lord I'm Gonna Love You" (a Keith Green cover from a tribute album), "Sin for a Season" (a Steve Taylor cover from a tribute album), and a few live tracks from who-knows-where.

Two of the live tracks are from the Gene Uegene Tribute.
