Cheesy, and kinda hard to see the "f" being used twice, but I think we can use it for the site.

Let me know if you want them as PNGs for a transparent background.

You're about 4 months too late for the Sf59 fans birthday bash. Just make this part of the Sf59 fans Xmas surprise and we'll call it even. It's better than fruitcake...or is it?

I really like these... BUT the elongated "f" gets a small notch in it about a third of the way down and it's somewhat noticable. Can you fix it? The favicons are definitely cool. I want to try implementing them.

Ooh it is. Bad resize, fixed. Also uploaded PNGs.
Now the very right of the 9 looks a bit off, but I don't feel like fixing it. Once you resize it you won't notice.

As for fruitcake, you can bring that yourself for the 2nd birthday bash.

To tell you the truth, I'd like it if the 'f' wasn't reused. It looks like sf59 ANS. I like the font, just don't reuse the 'f'.

I noted while digging through there that there are several color variations on this theme (including green!), but this looks the classiest, IMO.

Redid the design:




Well, this logo doesn't look so great on a dark background. So we gotta go with the white background for the logo part.
Example:


One thing we can do is get rid of the forum name, make the logo a bit larger and have the banner be white on the left, and what it is now on the right. And use some design for the transition.

I'll take a stab at it when I have some more free time. Anyone is welcome to stab too though..

Mmm.. Not sure what you mean. Stephen posted the files used for the header, what I did was take a screenshot and put the images over it in Photoshop. Once you're done editing just cut those images to replace the current header images.

Right-click and save as, or right-click and view image and your browser will show you the dimensions. The images above aren't thumbnails, I just added a width= statement so that they wouldn't run out the right side of the post.
