It's an immoral college show on the ABC Family channel.

Wow. Didn't realize the song is such a party track.

Thanks for the post.

I watched the pilot on iTunes cause it was free.  It is chockfull of bad acting and tirelessly predictable plots.

Regardless, I'm happy to see the good guys get there "15 minutes of fame".

And for the sex scene they can play The Missionary Grin

Seriously, what a lame show!

I have to say I love Chuck it's one of those lame shows where every episode has the same plot but you can't get enough of the characters.  It's probably the only show this year that I have to watch right away.  Most everything else sits on my DVR until I get around to it.

Funny, funny.

I was watching the movie Pathology with Milo Ventimiglia (horrendous garbage, don't even bother), and they played Project 86's Put Your Lips to the TV (or some song from their latest album) the entire time they were in the bar.

So who's getting the money from this stuff? T&N or the bands? My guess is both.

It just depends on who owns the copyrights and what the deals are for music rights? From my understanding, Tooth and Nail requires bands to recoup their recording costs.

I read in an interview a few months back that Jason said he gets a few thousand from a song being on a TV show ...

Yeah, I'd agree with that. I enjoy the show but when you look at it, it's very formulaic and the acting isn't that great. But that won't stop me from watching it every week.
