So which do you like better? The original version recorded for Keyes' "The Dromedary" short story, or the version that appears on "Can't Stop Eating"?
By the way, does anyone remember when Cloud called it "Velvet Blue Music and Arts"?

Which version is the one that sounds like Kane's theme music? That one!

Yes. But I think he was still doing that as late as 2005. VBM is wonderful.

-Sorry to revive an old thread-
What year did the original "Dromedary Theme" come out in? Same time as the novel?

Yeah, that's basically all I can find on it. I want the right year on the MP3 year tag.

We should have a thread about J. Edward Keyes. I think that would be interesting.

I printed off the whole thing way back in the day. It's mildly interesting. A little too "hipster" for me, however. Why does my avi keep disappearing?

Don't know. You're not the only one it's been happening to.

If you're asking about that song that SF made for The Dromedary it is from 2000. Almost ten years old...

I printed off the whole thing way back in the day. It's mildly interesting. A little too "hipster" for me, however. I've never met J. Edward Keyes, but his writing style for the Easy Come, Easy Go liner notes is very magazine-like. In a way not that different from Mark Salomon. That type of writing style is similar to novel writing. I think J. Edward was writing something on Christian rock. Someone I met sent him some old Christian rock magazines, but from what I've heard he's left the faith. So I don't know if he still plans to write about Christian rock.
