Ah yes, Cuckoo! music video. It's pretty awesome for a music video. It's disturbing maybe at first, but introduces the band/music well I think. I love Neon Horse..

I find the video to be too purposefully hokey or kitschy to be actually frightening. Me too. But if it's frightening.. then songs like "Merciless Mother", "Little Lamb" and "Speed Killz" are not for you. Now that I think of it, the whole style of Neon Horse is agressive in a way, but that's what I think makes them so unique and good.

I don't think the Neon Horse video is overtly scary, but I do think the bright colors, children, knives, kitschy 1950's styling, frantic editing, aggressive music, odd vocals, and Norman Horse's makeup all combine to make something that's unsettlingly off-kilter.
I still like it.

Does anyone know how to pull this off of the web and put it onto a portable mp3 player? My friend wanted to know. If you tell me, I can tell him. It's not me. It's my friend.

AWW HECK YEAH! I'm SO glad they decided not to make this a one-off project. The new demo seems to showcase a smoother sound. I like.
