It was recently my birthday and my whole family knowing what a crazy-mad fan I am of SF59 arranged for my sister (who is a graphic designer) to design me a Starflyer poster. It was a really nice surprise and it was really well designed for someone who knew zilch about the band. It has the tank from "Easy Come, Easy go" on the backround of "Translations" (the forums tribute project) and on top of that it had lots of band pics and album covers scattered over the page with "Starflyer 59" written in light blue at the top. I really am impressed with it and was wondering if anyone would be interested in me putting it up on the forum for everyone to print off or even just view.
Would anyone be interested? And if so who do I have to contact to help me put it on the site?

I'll have to go and see if I can get the file off my sister first. Will it be ok though? I told my idea to a couple of my friends and they said it might be illegal becouse of copyright and stuff.

Fan art is legal, unless you make money off of it or if you claim it as your own complete creation.

Just a link would work.
Upload to imagehost such as photobucket or imageshack or such. Paste link, if it's a small image the you can highlight the link and click on the "insert image" button to make it show up as an image.

create a flickr account, deviant art, or blogger site and then you can host your own graphic designs there  i myself created a 2 page spread for a graphic design class using the Mostra font from Dial M as well as the color scheme and a pic pulled from T&N's flickr. it came out ok. i think i got a B+/A- |

I think it's pretty good. I like the font and colors used for "Starflyer 59". I also think it is very cool that she took the time to do that for you. So thoughtful of your interests. That was very kind of her.

But I got it to work through the grid view.
