They seriously can't even get the release date correct??

Why is SF59 still with this label? Undecided

I think Tooth and Nail is generally pretty favorable to Jason. Starflyer was a never huge seller, but the label still puts out his releases just about every year. If you think about it Starflyer is one of the longest running bands on the label. You're looking at 16 years. It's actually a good thing for him because there isn't a huge pressure for him to sell albums or tour and they continue to release his stuff in an era when a lot of bands are being dropped or going independent. I haven't seen Tooth and Nail's business records, but I don't think the label is making money like it did in the past except for the bigger bands (i.e. Underoath and Jeremy Camp (BEC)).

ok. is the front/news page new?
i havent been here in a long time, but found the place again while trying to find info on the new album. i thank you for doing so since info seems not available elsewhere.

the thing with t&n is that it would cost them $0 to just put a News item and preorder link on their website and then to tweet it or whatever. at the very LEAST i would think they'd do that.

what does CMAR stand for?

Yeah, plus if they were concerned about selling the album, they would actually make more money if they would promote it. >_<
I mean really, all T&N has is their name. People actually buy their albums because they know there have been interesting bands signed with T&N before.

If Jason Martin were to release an album independently, most SF59 fans are loyal and would even find it themselves, but Jason might actually gain some from his own promoting. Not to mention he would get more profit skipping the label fees.

No, T&N won't license download codes, unfortunately.

Most (secular) labels include a download code with their vinyl releases these days, but I don't imagine there's much demand for vinyl with the rest of T&N's mall punk-esque roster.

It's a thing with EMI, they won't allow it. Seems like T&N would be fine with it. I generally include codes with my vinyl releases.
