Yes, it's Melissa Martin.

a). I believe Ronnie said she plays live sometimes now?
b). but I don't think she does any studio work for Joy Electric
c). and I think it's sweet to have the two of them in the promo photos
d). even though it might be a little misleading as to who is behind the band
