He's just an average guy that writes great songs. His sweat is as good as anyone elses. Granted, I love Pedro...especially "Control", but C'mon.

I don't know that much about Bazan's solo stuff, but have owned most of Pedro's stuff at one time or another. In fact, I got into them because I heard they toured with SF59. "Control" is my favorite album with "Second best" and "Magazine" being my favorite songs, but "Winners never quit" is quite good. The "Whole" EP is good, but "Achilles Heel" bores me and "It's hard to find a friend" does the same. The only other EP I own is "Progress" which is ok... I'd either get "Control" or "Winners never quit" first...

i talked to him before the show. he said he had talked to jason martin that day. jm told dave that he was playing with this kid who came out and did a record with him. (i probably owe him extra for that one)
dave bazan totally watched us. i was so nervous.
