Does anyone by any chance have the Russian Lullabies or The Bullfighter's Guide to Space and Love EP info?

I'm wanting to touch up wikipedia's Havalina articles, and those are the only releases for which I don't have the relevant info: band lineup, guest musicians, production credits.

I have both of those. Perhaps I'll work on those articles tonight.

I was poking around on the Wayback Machine and found something cool. The archived version the old download page(link) has an alternate take of "Dominique's Library"; it predates the version from Diamond in the Fish and has their accordion player.

"Crator Love" from that page is identical to the version from the We Remember Anarchy retrospective. (If you don't have WRA, that can still be downloaded from here(link).

i was JUST talking to someone this past week about the whole Matt Death thing and how Pacifico was never released....glad to hear its being released!

also, just for you hardcore fans out there.....Matt Wignall and Jason Martin both produced the Cold War Kids first two independent EPs.

Holy [BUY SOME APPLES!], Matt Death isn't dead!

They contributed an apparently new song to a fundraiser compilation album. Here.

I think that's the version that can be found on Artcore Vol. 1, by the way you describe it. I could be totally wrong though. I could never fully get into Havalina, but I sure appreciated their musicianship and their willingness to experiment!  I did enjoy Dominique's Library though!

I don't think I found the song itself as musically exciting as the older demos, but what IS exciting is having a new song PERIOD. A sign of things to come???

It's so good to hear new Wignall stuff!  Havalina was the best...
